Managing myself when Change occurs

If you keep handling changes in your life the way you always have, you are likely to get what you always got,- and this does not always mean you are being resilient. Mastering change starts recognizing and managing your emotions FAQ:

Are my feelings legitimate? Is there a way to overcome them?
How do I become positive?
This is unfair! What can I do about it?
I am alone in this. Do I have any support?
Are my feelings legitimate? Is there a way to overcome them?

They are! The fact that it is the way you feel that is normal. To stay where you are emotionally, is not helpful for you

How do I become positive?

In a word: Yes. Optimism is a learnt set of skills and you can lean to be more optimistic than you are at the moment

This is unfair! What can I do about it?

It may be. But life isn’t fair. How you respond to the unfairness will either make you soar or crawl. It depends which path you want to take

I am alone in this. Do I have any support?

More than what you realize or want to accept Support from your Company, support from your friends, and/or family, support on the internet, etc

Self-sufficiency

Change can undermine how you feel about your competence, self -belief and your self confidence. The Personal Resilience Workshop enables you to grow in your self sufficiency,- proving that you have what is necessary to excel amid change and disruption

Compelling Hope

Resilient people have dreams and senses of purpose that are bigger than their present circumstances. As a result they are able to be resilient against all the odds

Optimism & Pessimism

How do you tend to interpret what happens to you? Are you optimistic or pessimistic in the way you respond to ‘stuff’ in your life?

Your Values: Your strengths underpinning your decisions

Do you know what you stand for? What is critical for your long term happiness both at work and at home? Are you happy with what you are being remembered for? These questions are answerable with this skill set
